I have been working at Varian Medical Systems full-time for more than 3 years

Stable, conservative company. Employees over 25 years and until they retire. Company appears to be moving in the right direction with technology and customer focus. Work-life balance is okay.

A lot of work but the pay is not where it should be compared to the workload. In some departments there is no room for advancement. There is still disconnect between business units.
