I worked at UniFirst full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Working monday to friday was nice. But the Lack of good managment was what ruined my experience. I believe that the CEOS put too much pressure on our specific location

    Cons

Too Much pressure for sales, even though they are a multi billion dollar company. I guess because they are amaerican.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't educate employees about how much the company is worth and how every mistake they make costs them money. No body is perfect.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
