I worked at US Navy full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

As long as you do what is required of you, you can benefit from the decision to join even in your post-Navy life. The GI Bill allows you to go to college without having to worry about debt.

    Cons

It is a horrifically unsafe place for women. If you're a woman and you really must join, please be careful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please focus more on better implementation of safe work environments for women.
