I have been working at US Army full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benifits. Ability to be able to meet different people from different places, in and outside the Army. My overall military experience has been the best thing I could ever ask for.

    Cons

To much time away from the family. 5 deployments in 12 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quarterly Sensing Sessions instead of once or twice a year. Soldiers mentality can change dramatically within 6 months.
