With the exception of promised home time for my 34 hr restart, my experience with US Xpress was ok.

Plenty of trailers to pull. Nice Truck.

Very little home time. Poor repair service.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your drivers! Despite repeated pleas for more home time - I continued to spend (7 of the last 9) 34 hr. restarts in my truck away from home. I live North of the distribution center, yet, I was dispatched every which way but north. I took a dedicated route in lieu of OTR because I did not want to be on the road away from family for weeks on end. I never turned down, missed or was late for any delivery. I ran on a lot of recap hours because I was promised home time for my 34. I feel a well rested driver is a safer driver - You are not resting when you are in your truck - you still have responsibilities.
