I worked at Trinity Mirror full-time (more than 3 years)

Not many good things to say about the place but there are some good/nice people there.

A company in a declining market, cost cutting is a continuous process, compensation for people who have been here less than 10 years is not good. An inherently aggressive culture at the management level with little clear leadership and very short term thinking - would not know innovation if it was gift wrapped and delivered to the door.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Re-focus, consolidate, innovate and lead by example.
