    I worked at The Children's Place full-time (more than 5 years)


    Flexible schedule for sales associates, room for advancement,. Enjoyed being with other moms and their children. Co-workers were friendly and easy to get along with.


    Selling credit card with high interest rate. It's not what you know sometimes, it who you know, Constant changes to floorsets & marketing. Upper management always got the best schedules.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Leaders should be approachable and considerate of others life/work balance. Don't show favoritism.
