    I have been working at TIAA-CREF as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    My manager is great, he really looks out for his employees and want to watch them grow. There are lots of online training opportunities, but in person training opportunities are rare.

    Cons

    the staffs of the org is on the older side so a college graduate may not fit in as well. The org moves really slow so if you like a fast paced environment, this might not be for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try creating a program to get in more college graduates and have programs catered towards those starting off in their career and help them grow.
