I worked at Supplemental Health Care

I always felt motivated in my position, good incentives. Decent work/life balance.

POOR MANAGEMENT. This company is like being back in high school. Upper management will NOT take your concerns seriously, they will act like they care but are really talking behind your back. Micromanagement is the leading cause to high turnover rates; however, they seem to believe it's the best way to treat staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Micromanagement leads to poor productivity and high turnover rates. It is no way to motivate staff. If you want high numbers, find better managers to lead teams.
