    Amazing co-workers. Travel benefits. Fun job.

    Cons

    Corporate is completely out of touch with the rest of the company. CEO Gary Kelly gives a good impression of caring about his employees but lacks in sympathy and LUV. Very Money minded.

    and the sometimes 16-23 hour shifts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Lower level management....amazing. Keep up the great work!
    People at HQ in DAL...Learn some empathy.

    Once you leave you can never come back? Really?
