The BDR organization.
There are a couple of solid managers , but BDR management on the whole is worthless.
Avoid BDR, *especially* BDR in Toronto, at all costs. It's a dirty open secret that the department is a joke.
BDR "Leadership" amounts to an incompetent dictatorship - I've seen several of my most promising colleagues leave out of pure frustration because of stupid people in a position of power.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Unfortunately I don't have a ton of advice for senior management. I'd say "hire better people in middle management!" but if they were any good, they would not be in middle management for long.
So I guess my advice would be: Have your workers police middle management. On the whole the low level SRs, BDRs, and AEs are much more talented and intelligent than the directors, so listen to them.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
