    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Working at home is a plus
    Good colleagues
    Pay is not bad

    Cons

System issues are a nightmare almost everyday at least one of your systems won't work.
Not enough people to help you in a timely fashion during busy periods
The initial training does not prepare you for the high pressure selling you are expected to do
I felt more like a telemarketer than a CSR
Very strict attendance policy not sure it is all legal

    Advice to Management

Extend the training period 5 weeks is not enough for all the system work and add a week of sales training. I would not recommend this job unless you don't mind the pressure of sales
