Current Employee - Project Manager in Oaks, PA (US)
Current Employee - Project Manager in Oaks, PA (US)

I have been working at SEI full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Flexibility, can usually come and go whenever, mostly nice people

    Cons

No direction. Manual processes everywhere and it is surprising anything gets done, low workload so easy to get bored, lack of communication from management and sometimes even lack of management skills for the directors and other leaders. No idea of career progression, what salaries are, etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to communicate, provide some training, provide career paths or at least let people know if a job is a promotion or a decrease

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
