    Pros

Russell Stover Candies is a very secretive company which has little experience in the Canadian marketplace, which if you are selling their products makes it hard to get any sales support.

    Cons

This company was backwards in it's thinking , it's product line and certainly in the quality of people it hired. There was so much political rear kissing that it made it hard to stand being employed by them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We're in a new millennium, get with it or you'll lose what ever tiny bit of market share you have in Canada.
