    I worked at Royal Mail full-time (more than 10 years)


    Front line roles well paid for non specialised roles in comparison to similar employers, opportunity to progress to management roles, trade union, good policies for employees.


    Constant reviews and downsizing means that all management roles especially those in operations are taking more and more responsibility for no extra pay, be willing to work at least 60 hours for 40 hours pay. recent reviews have even seen benefits pot removed and down grading, which has left staff and management disheartened.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    stop breaking employment law by withdrawing peoples pay and benefits, company is losing its mix of experience and attracting new blood.
