I have been working at Rio Grande full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great people and on top of technology, equipment and software.

    Cons

Berkshire Hathaway bought Rio Grande. Berkshire is large company with big bucks for backing. You would think. They stopped hiring, no more raises, leadership getting pushed around.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a retirement plan. 401k is not enough.
