    I have been working at Red Robin full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Paid well for industry standards. Clean and great facility. Have grown from a server to a Salaried manager quickly when you have drive to do so.

    Cons

    Poor work life balance when you are understaffed. Many unrealistic budgetary goals. Corporate office expects blood from a stone

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You need to work on your managers work - life balance and stop forcing them into hourly positions and allow them to "Manage" the team members. It is not healthy for anyone to pushed this hard.
