I worked at Princeton Review full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The Princeton Review is a very flexible place to work. The benefits are FANTASTIC! They are great with work-life balance. They provide directors enough responsibility to gain from their position. It was great working for a company that helped students succeed.

    Cons

Very disorganized, no room for growth, and Senior Management is unwilling to listen when you have issues with managers. The systems are horrible. The company is very reactive, when they could be proactive to prevent from all the fires.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees! Stick with one program and build it before continuing to purchase other companies.
