I worked at PZ Cussons full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Solid training platform for middle managers
Great cultural values the CAN-DO attitude.
Flexibility to work in any locations ( factory or head office ) as long as the result is there.
Acknowledge performers and rewards them accordingly.

    Cons

Business system is largely still finding its way lots of things needs to be done manually
Too many priorities at the same time - jack of all trades mentality
Meeting deathtrap, too many meeting while fewer things gets done

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus focus focus, need to keep your head and actions where the value are
Shed SKU's that are not performing, invest on winning brands and reduce complexity
