co-workers were the only pros- there is a new vp of the contact center there name eric, but he is just one man.Cons
no policies in place
management with an agenda- and it has nothing to do with the company-completely selfish
abusive to the employees, and i mean outright abuse
the pay structure was just recently cut by 40%
customer service reps are encouraged to tell the customers no regarding any issues
when there is a real problem, the customer is always ignored- and i mean for a long period of time....
I have no idea how they are still in business
oh and did i mention-they are being sold! They are fixing up the call center, not telling there employees they are up for sale, so all those people might not have jobs........
