    I have been working at Oxford Global Resources

    Pros

    Fairly good training for a person new to this industry. Work is focused on high end IT market. The mark-ups are the highest in the country, so better than average commissions can be earned.

    Cons

    The management is inconsistent, uncaring towards employees, and doesn't afford any work/life balance. They consistently communicate through email when you are 30 feet away and the message requires a dialogue - waste of time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Meet and speak with employees when required. Do not ask employees to work through the night with 10" notice and no client needs. This way of judging attitude and commitment only serves to create a lack of desire to work there, as evidenced by the turnover.
