I have been working at OCC Computer

Relative freedom to choose target markets
    Low pressure environment
Fully expensed travel to meetings and entertaining
    Established brand name offers security
    Cash rich business

Lack of incentives and recognition for high achievers
Poor holiday entitlement (unless you have been there for more than 5 years)
Poor benefits package compared to the competition
Negative employees not dealt with and allowed to affect others
    Lack of career progression

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Incentivise staff
Provide competition on the sales floor
Place more of an emphasis on training, guidance and helping people "invest in themselves."
