Management is incompetent, they don't know the answers to questions they should know, and will go out of their way to ignore you. Not happy about something? Don't bother bringing it up with management. Shut up or quit is basically their answer. They will also come up with any possible excuse to not pay you. They owe me hundreds of dollars in unpaid wages.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Stop playing favorites, start paying attention and stop drinking on the job. Maybe then will you at least be useful for something. And you might also want to educate yourself on labor laws.
Maybe also paying your employees slave wages. In an actual call center, doing the same type of work pays many dollars more per hour.
