    I worked at NANA WorleyParsons full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    The benefit of having a job with marginal benefits and where 1% of the employee's are great to work with.

    Cons

    This company does not respect, appreciate and/or value its employee's and the contributions its workforce makes to management and the company. The wages are inconsistent with actual market trends. The benefits they provide are marginal and merit increases are hardly ever realized based on merit achievements. Employer 401K contributions have been discretionary with little or no match from year to year. The work culture & values are hypocritical. The average tenure for an its employee's is very low based on project depletion and sustainability which follows the layoff cycles. Working for them is a huge risk with no long term guarantees. Management makes special considerations to a protected group of people and conflict management is always prevalent in their workforce. This company plays games with its employee's. Most employees and management are obnoxious, arrogant, narcissistic and are very difficult to work with. Project & slope teams are in disarray and appear to be out of control. A significant amount of stress in the workplace exists.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Respect, appreciate and value your employee's who show merit and reward them accordingly with significant merit pay increases. Management talks a good game but in reality they fail. Pay your employee's what the market share is paying. Be consistent with 401K matching. Go back to the days when NANA/Colt Engineering was a global contender and not a global embarrassment which they are now under the NANA WorleyParsons leadership. NANA is a mess and it shows. NANA should consider undoing the joint partnership with WorleyParsons to regain its engineering integrity , culture and core values as WorleyParsons has harmed NANA in the global market place.
