    I worked at Mondelez International full-time (more than 3 years)


    It is a great company to start, and learn the most that you can. It trains you well, it is a very financial oriented Company. For me it was a great school, but I would not consider going back


    They try to focus on work life balance, but managers are a not good at giving examples for this or helping you. Training... well you basically learn by yorself, on the go. Promotions occur, but you have to be well positioned and have a manager that is willing to push for your professional development.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you are really going to "sell" work life balance, be a good example of that. Exit interviews really take them into consideration. I devoted a lot of tiime in my exit interview to explain many of the issues that I had in general specifically with one particular manager, and I know they still haven't change a bit in that sense.
