    I have been working at Meritage Homes full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    land positions, capital funding, training program, top of the market energy efficient features

    Cons

    force fed policies from out of state upper management team, limited plans (regional), no changes to existing plans, stress to make closings/starts and sales each month and especially at the end of a quarter.

    Allow more control at the division level
