    I have been working at Luxottica part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - good for part time, hours are usually 3-5 so your not on your feet forever
    - good for entering into retail sales, hired me with no prior retail experience
    - I know my hours ahead of time, which is really great
    - you get a lot of experience which is good for your resume
    - good discount
    - pretty chill if no one is in the store, can just stand their and polish stuff
    - Management is pretty chill
    - we have a toilet in our backroom

    Cons

    - They only have managers and ast,managers, no key-holders so Sales Associates do opening and closing and don't really get paid for hours for doing closing
    - A lot of work for just a sales associate to do
    - Computer system is from the x files
    - Sales goal is hard to meet
    - regional manager is not good
    - paper work for closing is hard to do
    - sales associates do stock work
    - A lot of exceptions to promo sales.. hard to remeber

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Lower store sales goals,
    Don't put so much pressure on the experience because the employees cant even take it seriously
    Should get commission regardless of if we meet our sales goal
    Less strict dress code please
