A short but great experience. Once the district gets it together, they can be a great destination for anyone.

I worked at Los Angeles USD part-time

    Pros

Working with students is the most rewarding job to have. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice rewarding job once they get it together.

    Cons

Getting paid once a month and for very little. Not showing the same respect to TA as they do to the other staff (teachers, cafeteria staff, etc.,)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Raise the pay and give more hours.
