    Pros

Company has aggressive expansion plans to add many new hotels.
    Decent work/life balance.
A few strong employees supporting everyone else.

    Cons

Company paints a great picture for the future, while failing to focus on actually creating a better organization in the present.
Too many people resistant to change and comfortable simply collecting their paycheck and doing things as they always have.
Lack of sophistication in middle/upper management.
    No formal on-boarding/training.
    Lack of resources in general.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider injecting new managers, removing others, and training all in management.
Invest more back into the company to build your resources.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
