    Pros

    Vacation Time is three weeks.
    There is some Flexibility with working from home but it depends on the department and Manager.

    Cons

    Do what I say not what I do type attitude.
    Head Office (Milwaukee, WI, USA) needs to completely overall the structure of the Canadian Service, Equipment and Controls Divisions (including both people and technology) and not continually reorganize every few years using models that were attempted 7-10 years past.
    All Canadian processes need to be reviewed in detail for efficiency, fluidity and how they impact peripheral departments (both ones that are engaged in the process directly/indirectly and ones that just "feel" the results).
    There needs to be serious, extensive and continued ethics and professional development training starting with Management and then cascading down, including front line employees. Not just watching a video and doing some online multiple choice type of training, but bringing in an outside company whose expertise is teaching building better teams, relationships, and contributors with integrity as the main foundation. HR should also participate in the training.

    Advice to Management

    All of Management needs extensive, all around Management and Leadership development training in every area. They should not only walk away with only the skills and tools but specifically a solid game plan on how to implement these new tools with everyone, so the culture and attitudes can be improved.
    Do not continually rotate High Level Management every few years. Give them the opportunity to truly implement change (with the current organizational structure it can take up to 3+ years) and then see how it goes so the same person can then adjust and modify anything implemented with some consistent.
