I have been working at Interactive Intelligence full-time (more than 5 years)

I love the opportunity to work with some great innovator that keep pushing the company forward. It's important to not sit down on what work today, but to look at the next big thing. Everyday, I go to work excited to go to work and breath innovator at the office. I executive team is very strong and is determine to push forward the company.

We are growing and growing, sometimes the workload is overwhelming. We need to manage our time. I rather be working more on a growing company than less in a dropping company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the management the way it is, no need more micro-management like other big boxes, it feel great to come at work and not feel like a job. Employee that are here to stay for long time, will work much more when it's not micro-manage.
