Former Employee - Partner Business Manager in Mississauga, ON

I worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Hard pressed to think of any pros at this time. Benefits are OK, self directed RSP plan, stock matching purchase plan up to 6%, diversity

    Cons

pay increases non-existant, low paying, no focus to increase revenue except by decreasing head count, #1 ranked company for decreasing headcount/WFRing employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

get a plan, focus and implement. R&D is behind, HP used to be an IT leader and now HP is a follower. Consistently missing opportunities. Treat your partners better afterall they are your revenue source and without them HP is nothing. Create a plan and stick to it stop changing the plan mid game.
