    Great training and continued opportunities to learn, tuition reimbursement, potential to advance in the company, fun atmosphere in the branches away from the head office.


    Poor branch level management and no contact with upper level management, terrible work/life balance. Constantly understaffed and always demanding more hours/days out of top performing employees, constant calls on days off etc.., poor scheduling, salary below competitors

    Top producing auto agents need to be treated and paid better. Your best talent gets all their training here, then moves on to other companies for more respect and compensation.
