Listen to your seasoned sales reps
Daily emails to the whole team which include everyone's effectiveness is absurd! That should be 100% confidential.
Changing goals and expectations every month/quarter is unfair. Stick with a plan for at least a year. If you want consistency, practice what you preach.
Treat different markets separately. A rep in Chicago should not have the same goals as a rep in a small-town market.
Stop setting your good sales reps up for failure!!
