    I have been working at GDH Consulting full-time for more than 5 years


    The culture is great! Leadership is supportive and genuinely wants you to succeed. They have ongoing training as the recruitment field is constantly changing. The compensation package for recruiting/sales is also very competitive with no cap. There's also numerous casual weeks (flip flops and t-shirts) throughout the year.


    Some may be weary of the amount of work that goes into being successful. They are demanding so overtime is a must (in the sales and recruiting roles).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allow for a more structured mentoring program so producers can work on leadership skills before being promoted to management roles.
