Experis needs a lot of internal self-examination

Experis has managed to get on significant contracts with large national and international companies. There is some excellent talent at Experis with people who genuinely care about their jobs and roles within the company.

Management does not listen to internal concerns or client concerns until it is too late. There is a serious lack of ethic within the management group and employees are set up to have objectives that conflict with other team members creating a serious disconnect internally. Talent was eroded due to lack of professionalism and consistent comp plan changes (not usually in favor of the employees, no matter how they tried to spin it).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior Executive at an international level need to examine the views of field staff related to those who lead them directly and make a commitment to make it better. Stop worrying about the company's global view and look at how it is viewed internally - spend some time and energy making it a better company to work for not a better company to hear about.
