    I have been working at Experis full-time


    Co-workers were all very nice people and I quite enjoyed working with them.


    Senior leadership has no idea that their stale approach to the staffing business fails in the modern age. Also, they seem to think that being a "Solutions" partner means selling more than one body at a time. Their requirement that every engagement be profitable ensures, by default, that they will never build expertise and acquire necessary tools to claim thought leadership.

    Their attempt to grow by acquisition of Comsys failed miserably because Manpower leadership deconstructed a successful I.T, Solutions partner into nothing more than an alsoran I.T. Staffing company with the fancy name of Experis. Similar results were achieved with their acquisition of Jefferson Wells in the Financial Services sector.

    Again, I enjoyed working at Experis. But I knew my days were numbered because of the widespread incompetence in nearly every Senior leader.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fire everyone with a VP title or higher, and bring in people who understand the modern age of both the Staffing and Solutions industries. BTW: They are not the same.
