-you get a lot of different experience
    - relatively easy to get hired (Quick fix to unemployment for post grads)
    -teaches you to drive better
    - young staff
-can advance quickly if you are what they want (play the game right)
    - will learn harsh realities of life

-insensitive management (many are control freaks and often power trip
-Upper management gets paid on retention the will string you along along as you make them $$$ even if they no you will never be promoted (false hope for the you impressionable workers)
    - high turnover (hence the many new advancement opportunities)
    - More GOSSIP then a high school play ground
    -Immature management (unproffestional)
-Not a divers work environment, unless you include the cleaners (prep)
    -Culturally insensitive/ prejudice etc
-They try to lower your self-esteem
    -Dog eat Dog work environment
