    I have been working at Domino Printing full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Smart and motivated people, a global perspective and strong growth history. Works for most manufacturing industries and in most countries. Likes to innovate and improve.

    Cons

    Very short term results focused, can neglect the long term plans and copes badly with longer term changes. Fails to understand how to motivate technical people. Limited resources for technology creation, or other innovations, can be frustrating. You are free to have the vision, but implementation takes too long or doesn't happen.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    This business is very financially strong but It's time to move the structure forward to something that recognises the scale of the business and that managing strategies at a country level is too expensive. Rebalancing of control to regions needed and more resources to allow corporate improvements to be implemented.
    Not everyone is motivated by cash bonuses. Other forms of reward are needed.
