Dillard's is a wonderful company that allows you to grow and gain skills within management. If you make a good relationship with your store manager and district manager, the opportunities for advancement and promotion is high. Very structured company and family owned. The Dillard's are regularly in the stores checking on things and making sure the employees and management is taken care of AND doing their job to make the store profitable. Offers full benefits both for management and full time employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management change is imminent but is not always the best thing at the time. Area managers need to listen to the employees more and figure out who works best with each other. The Dillard's are a caring family who want to see their stores succeed.
