I worked at Dell full-time (more than 3 years)

    -Theme Days
    - Flexible work hours
    - You can take 2 hour lunches without anyone noticing
-Work from home 2 days a week
    - Fun people to work with
    - A lot of free time

    - Caps on Commissions*
    - Not a Woman friendly work environment
    - The woman management are very competitive with other woman and not working as a team
    - A lot of in office relationships
    - Very Highschool with different groups
    - You have to constantly play the game, if you take a break you are out
    - Business strategy is not clear and lots of turn over
    - HR is for the employer not employee

*This is a big one, if you have good sales people there should be no capping
