Current Employee - Account Executive in Sunnyvale, CA (US)

I have been working at DataDirect Networks full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Intelligent and dedicated engineering force

    Cons

Management lacks coherent focus and message to DDN sales and engineering teams
C-level suite pontificates about product releases and alliances that do not materialize and leave company working backwards
Internal communication completely broken and hostile

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clean out the C-level suite and start building from scratch. HPC storage is only a market sliver and you do not have products to compete in the enterprise.
