    Pros

Nothing more than you have a job.

    Cons

Too much stress, Quality VP and Mfg VP has no faith on their own appointed Directors. Micro management at highest extent . Too much pressure on Dir, Mgr and Engineers. MFG maintains a score card for operators if they make mistakes to scare employees they can be fired if they do mistakes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Other than Quality and Ops VPs other, CEO and other VPs are excellent.
Quality and Ops VPs needs to learn from other Sr mgmt. CEO Dan Moore needs work towards taking good initiatives to improve this Quality and Ops leadership.
