I have been working at Chiltern International full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good health care plan and work-life balance.

    Cons

Politics has started in work environment which is not a good sign. Good work is not appreciated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the trust on the employees. They can be good assests. Don't look the outside. Company has already got good talent. What is thee point if the outside hired is less competent?

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
