    I have been working at Brink's, Incorporated full-time for more than 8 years


    A very historic company if that means anything.

    At lest we don't have to run 50-60 stops like the poor buggers at Dunbar.


    Brinks is unsympathetic towards what we go through daily. They don't care about our lack of training, poor hiring standards, and devilishly low pay.

    Brinks doesn't do a lot to increase safety or safety awareness. They don't reward their staff for a job well done. Just like they don't give good raises to anyone. 15-20 cent raise yearly depending on how many crews get into vehicle accidents.

    Never will know what time you start or what time you end work. Management will call you in hours early or ask you to run additional stops making you stay late. This happens every week and don't expect overtime-doesn't exist in the Cash Logistics Industry.

    Corporation cares about their pockets; evident in their actions and lack of actions.

    Benefits are are bad.

    Heavy turn over all around because of all these things. Meaning you will often work with others who have no clue how to do anything; thus, making you responsible for all of their shortcomings.

    The whole job gets old fast and only gets worse when higher management shows up to spew their pep speeches at us about how great everything is.... yea right spare me.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Raise the pay
    Bring in trainers not associated with Brinks in anyway.... cause Brinks can't handle that responsibility for some reason
    Reward good crews instead of punishing them
    Take steps to cut turn over... it debilitates our moral
