    Pros

    really focus on customer service....don't just say but they actually do and consultative selling only.

    Cons

    bit difficult to move(promotion) ...priority given to young people over mature and experienced .

    Advice to Management

    better filing system about individual, and his/her performance and talent should be there because when leader changes everything changes and one has to prove themselves again.
