    I have been working at Airbnb full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great food, wonderful community, supportive colleagues and leads, travel, dogs in the workplace, all technology provided

    Cons

    Hiring process was tedious and difficult, more transparency here would put the cherry on top. Also no longer allow people to work from home permanently, which may shorten my lifespan with the company.
