    I have been working at Advantage xPO full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    no micro management due to management not knowing anything about recruiting. Great comp plans but they take it away and put it back when ever they want. very flexible work life balance. Very unique comp plan when put in place.

    Cons

    they look at you as number and not as individual. recruiters are looked at as $$$, how much can you make for me and why cant you make more. NO career growth if you join you have to join for the same reason they hired for, make me money and I will give you back as little as possible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    make sure management can add value, listen to your employees with out them you will not succeed. Dont make false promises as you will lose credibility and respect. Offer career path and growth and it would be good to have a yearly review with your team members. If you have noticed yet you have no team anymore due to the lack of management and credibility.
