Interview Details Originally received a call for a phone interview, but I told think that I would need more time to think about if I want the job or not. I called in a day later and the manager told me to come in for a one on one interview instead. Very easy questions such as What's your availability, tell us about yourself, are you willing to work these...or those hours.

Interview Details i applied through a recruitment agency. they hooked me up with the wendy's district manager who took my interview on-line. interview was like 20-30 minuter long. and my employer asked me about my educational qualification and my work experience from my back home country. i was pretty confident that i'll get this job on how the interview went. and now here i am working full time since last 6 months

Interview Details Got a call and asked quick questions regarding my education and time availability. Got the interview and basically asked what you would do in "X" situation, etc. Asked again, about availability. Really easy and simple.

Interview Details After a lengthy introduction of myself, I was asked to describe my career aspirations within Wendy's. I only wanted to be a cook part-time while I completed my studies so i wasn't sure how to answer this. But, i answered anyways. I said I was studying and didn't really want a career with Wendy's. I think this may have affected my chances at getting a job. Other than that it was pretty standard.

Interview Details Quick interview 5-10 min. After filing application asked to see hiring manager. He was there and received the interview. Given offer but might need a second interview. Didn't actually do one.Then orientation at a later date.
