Interview Details The interview process took a long time and it was intense. It is 3 rounds. First H.R. will contact you and grill you with an in depth interview. Then you will fly out for a face to face with the D.M. this interview will run the gauntlet of questions. They will try to have it set up like a conversation for two hours to relax you and hopefully they will get real answers out of you. The third interview is with the director. Very tough interview. They are very direct and they have a great vision as to what the position needs.
Interview Question – Why should we choose you over the other applicants? View Answer
Negotiation Details – They give you an offer right away from H.R. You then have a small window of accepting what they give you are trying to ask for better terms. Usually you take what they give you or they will move on.

Interview Details A high level technical interview was given in person and some questions about java were asked. No code was asked to be written and no code was presented during the interview. A few days later HR called me and gave me a 1 hour interview about my background. An example questions: "What is encapsulation?" "What are the data types in Java?"
Interview Question – I was surprised to face a phone interview by the HR department after the in person interview. The HR person asked me a lot of questions like: "Tell me a time when you had to over come a challenge". Answer Question

Interview Details
It took 3 in person interviews, and 3 total phone interviews before I was offered the position I applied for. I had to go thru two HR phone interviews first. The second was more involved than the first.
After passing the second phone interview I had 3 store interviews. Two interviews appeared exactly the same consisting of my previous experience explanation, a techonlogy sales role play, and questions about how I have handled specific customer interactions. The third was similar to the first two in person interviews but more specific to how I would function in a team environment. The second two in person interviews had 2 interviewers, managers at the location. After the third in person interview, I had a short phone follow up interview with a manager from a different store.
Approximately a week after the final phone interview, I received a job offer. The entire process from first phone interview to job offer was about a month.
Interview Question – None of the question were particularly difficult but a novice to the wireless or sales may have a problem completing the role play successfully. View Answer
Negotiation Details – The salary came thru as a take it or leave it, but was able to choose my start date to a degree.

Interview Details Multiple interviews. Phone, initial with store manager, and one with the district manager. Showed knowledge in the industry, sales drive, creativeness and initiatve to advance in the company. They are very informative, but you need to be too. They will ask for past experiences in situations as to where you need to be as detailed as possible to show them that you can handle yourself and your suctomers with any scenerio thrown at you.
Interview Question – Tell me a time when you were working with a customer that was disgruntled and explain how you handled the situation. I've been in more than enough situations like that and I wasn't sure what the best option was. Answer Question

Interview Details I went in three different times to interview with the same manager. Apparently he kept pulling my resume, not knowing i was the same person. He lied about the interview process once he realized who i was.
